Ultimate Frisbee Bootcamp Pass - Sunday (Monarch Park Stadium)


Take your game to the next level with our 3-Week Sunday Ultimate Frisbee Bootcamp, a focused training program designed for players who want structured improvement, not just casual play.

This bootcamp runs over three consecutive Sundays, with each session built around a clear technical and tactical theme. Training topics include throwing fundamentals, cutting and positioning, defensive techniques, and tactical decision-making in game scenarios.

To ensure high-quality instruction, we will invite experienced and well-recognized players to provide professional guidance, detailed feedback, and on-field demonstrations.

Each Sunday session (180 minutes):

  • Clinic Bootcamp (90 minutes)

    Focused drills on throwing mechanics, offensive movement, defensive positioning, and team tactics.

  • Structured Pick-Up / Game Application (90 minutes)

    Apply what you learned immediately in live play, with emphasis on execution, awareness, and decision-making.
